Auction Mechanics

How does the auction work?

Each of the 100 panels is posted individually as it's finished, with its own 60-hour bidding window starting from the moment it's listed. Place a bid above the current price (or the floor, if it's the first bid) — highest bid when the clock runs out wins the piece.

How do I place a bid?

Enter your bid directly on the piece's page. You'll need an account with a valid payment method on file to bid.

Is there a minimum amount by which I have to raise a bid?

Yes — each new bid must be at least $10 higher than the current one.

What happens in the final minutes of an auction?

If a bid comes in near the close of the window, the auction automatically extends by a few minutes. This repeats for as long as bids keep coming in, so a piece can't be won by a last-second bid nobody else has a chance to respond to.

What if no one bids on a piece, or it doesn't reach the floor?

It doesn't disappear — pieces that don't sell in their original window are held and re-offered together in a closing batch near the end of the month.

How will I know if I won?

You'll receive an email confirmation the moment an auction you're leading closes in your favor.

What happens after I win?

Payment is charged automatically to the card on file when the auction closes. You'll get a confirmation with your piece number and expected timeline.

What if I win but the payment doesn't go through in time?

Winning bidders have 24 hours to complete payment. If payment isn't completed in that window, the piece is offered to the next-highest bidder.

Is there a buyer's premium or added fee on top of my winning bid?

No. The price you bid is the price you pay for the piece — plus shipping, shown separately at checkout.

Do I need an account to bid?

Yes — create an account (or sign in) before placing your first bid. This lets us confirm your bid and notify you the moment you're outbid or you win.

Will I be notified if I'm outbid?

Yes, immediately by email, so you can decide whether to raise your bid.

Can I bid if I don't intend to buy?

No. Every bid is a binding commitment to purchase the piece if you win — please only bid on pieces you're genuinely prepared to take home.

Can I retract a bid?

Only in the case of a genuine error — for example, bidding $1,500 when you meant $150. Contact us immediately if this happens; we'll ask you to re-enter your intended bid right away. Bid retraction isn't available simply because you've changed your mind or been outbid.

Can I set a maximum and let the system bid for me?

Yes — use Automatic Bid to set the highest amount you're willing to pay. The system bids on your behalf in increments, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum. If another bidder exceeds it, you'll get an email so you can decide whether to raise your limit.

Will my name and bid amount remain anonymous during the auction?

Yes. Your name stays anonymous to other bidders throughout the auction — only we have access to your details once a bid is placed.

Payment & Pricing

What currency are prices listed in?

US dollars (USD) or your local currency.

Will I be charged in my local currency?

If you're outside the US, prices are shown converted to your local currency at checkout, and you're charged in that currency. A small currency conversion fee may apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive it?

All 100 pieces ship together once the full collection is complete, shortly after the campaign closes at the end of August. We're keeping the wall whole through the final piece so it can be shown, photographed, and documented complete before anything goes out — if you win early in the month, your wait will be longer than a late win, and that's the trade for the full 100 being seen together first.

From ship date:

  • 3–7 business days within Canada,
  • 5–10 business days to the US,
  • 10–20 business days internationally, depending on customs processing in your country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, from day one.

Will I owe customs duties?

Possibly, depending on your country. Any duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. We include full customs documentation with every international shipment to keep the process as smooth as possible.

How is my piece packaged?

Each panel is padded and boxed for safe transit, and ships with a signed certificate of authenticity.

About the Work

Are these prints or originals?

Every piece is an original hand-painted acrylic-on-birch panel, 5" x 5" — first edition.

What comes with each piece?

A signed certificate of authenticity, numbered to match your piece (Victory No. __ of 100) along with a few special goodies.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

All sales are final, except in the case of verified damage in transit — reach out within 48 hours of delivery if that happens.

Do you take commissions?

Yes — outside of 100 Victories, Bryce takes on select commissioned work for new works and larger projects. Start a commission inquiry →
